At Kawaii, all products are made to order and prepared for dispatch as quickly as the next business day. Due to this fast production cycle, cancellations are strictly time-sensitive and must be requested before our daily production cut-off time.

Our production process begins shortly after an order is placed to ensure rapid dispatch and delivery. Because of this immediate processing system, the cancellation window is limited.
If you wish to cancel your order, you must contact our representative as soon as possible after placing your order.
Please email us immediately at amon@kazeclo.store with your Order ID and cancellation request.
If your request is received before the daily production cut-off time, your order will be successfully cancelled. If the cut-off time has already passed, the order will have entered production and cannot be cancelled.
Once the production cut-off time has passed, your order is already being processed and cannot be cancelled. We strongly recommend reviewing your order details carefully before completing your purchase.
